Returns Policy

1. If the customer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (consumer), the customer has a right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g in conjunction with § 355 BGB.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

In the case of a contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods during a defined period of time, the withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the first good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RN Vision GmbH, Am Nordpark 1, 41069 Mönchengladbach, e-mail: info@rn-vision.de, telephone: +49 2161 63 970 11, fax: +49 2161 63 970 12) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://store.race-navigator.de/Revocation. If you use this online function, we will send you without undue delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to RN Vision GmbH, Am Nordpark 1, 41069 Mönchengladbach, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery,
contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they were, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods,
contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery,
contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts,
contracts where the consumer has specifically requested the trader to visit them in order to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance; this does not apply with respect to further services provided during the visit that the consumer did not specifically request, or with respect to goods supplied during the visit that are not necessarily required as spare parts for the maintenance or repair.

6. If the entire order is withdrawn, the customer will be reimbursed the flat-rate shipping costs in full. If only part of an order is withdrawn, the flat-rate shipping costs will only be reimbursed to the extent that shipping costs were actually attributable to the withdrawn goods. Which goods shipping costs are attributable to is shown to the customer at the time of the order. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the extent that they were additionally incurred because the customer chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
